Compounding around your needs
A prescribed medicine can be tailored when a standard product does not suit your treatment plan. Tulsi works with your prescriber to assess the appropriate ingredients, strength and dosage form.
Hormone compounding · BHRT
Individual hormone preparations made to a clinician’s prescription. Your clinician determines whether hormone treatment is appropriate, selects the formulation and monitors your response. “Bioidentical” describes a hormone’s chemical structure; it does not mean a treatment is risk-free or more effective.
Dermatology & skin preparations
Customized topical preparations for a dermatologist’s treatment plan, including options for skin and scalp concerns. The ingredients, concentration and base are selected to suit the prescription and the patient’s needs.
IV preparations
Prescribed intravenous preparations for use by qualified healthcare professionals. Suitability, ingredients and administration must be determined by the treating clinician. Contact Tulsi to discuss preparation requirements and availability.
ED medications
Discreet support for prescribed erectile dysfunction preparations. We work with your healthcare professional on a suitable formulation. A clinical assessment is needed because ED may be associated with other health conditions and some medicines may be unsuitable.
Medication customization
Discuss a different prescribed strength, a more suitable dosage form, or an alternative base when swallowing difficulties or sensitivity to an ingredient makes a standard product difficult to use. Feasibility is assessed individually; an alternative cannot be guaranteed for every medicine.

Can any medicine be compounded? No. Suitability depends on the ingredient, evidence, formulation, availability and applicable requirements.
Is a compounded medicine the same as a manufactured product? A compounded preparation is made for an individual need. It should not be assumed to have the same approval status or evidence as a commercially manufactured medicine.
